1. Custom and Bespoke Orders
Every custom hat, fascinator, and headpiece is handcrafted to your unique specifications. Because these items are made-to-order and tailored specifically for you, all sales are final.
• We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of heart" or event cancellations.
• Please ensure all measurements and design details provided during your consultation are accurate before production begins.

2. Ready-to-Wear Collections
For pieces purchased directly from our seasonal or ready-to-wear collections, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures that every client receives a brand-new, unworn, and pristine accessory.

3. Quality Assurance
We hand-inspect every item before it leaves our studio to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and design.
